Tubz.com respects
your privacy. We use the information collected for the sole purpose of
fulfilling your requests or orders. We do not share the information
with any external company or person.
Prices
Due to manufacturer
price increases, prices are subject to change without notice. We make every
effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate.
Tubzlady.com will not be held liable for any typographical or price
errors.
Ordering
For security and
accuracy reasons we only accept orders by phone. Call us Toll Free at
(866) 380-0303.
We accept Master
Card, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards. We also accept checks and
money orders. Orders paid by debit card will have an additional $50.00
Processing fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to shipment of goods. Charges will be
applied to your credit card at the time we process your order. For
checks, the check must clear before we process the order.
Returns
·There is a 25% or more (varies among
manufacturers) restocking fee for all items returned for any reason unless
product is defective or has been damaged in shipment (see below). Buyer is
also responsible for Shipping the item back to the manufacturer.
·Tubs and special or custom orders may not
be cancelled; no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
·Call
us within 10 days of receiving your items if you wish to make a return. We
will send return instructions along with an RGA number. Return
shipments must be wrapped securely and be returned in
the original packaging, and in the original condition. In addition to
the restock fee, a $25.00 fee
will be charged for products that are returned not in the
original packaging. All products will be inspected before a credit
can be issued. Any returns without an RGA will not be
accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back without an RGA.
Returns will not be accepted if you have had the item more than 10 days.
·If the
product is defective or shipped wrong, we will replace the product.
Cancelled Orders
All cancelled orders will incur a 5% processing charge.
Tubs and special or custom orders may not be cancelled;
no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All credits issued will be by check.

Damaged or Defective
Items
Small Items:
·Smaller items are generally shipped via
UPS or Fed Ex.
·If you are home to receive the product and it is damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
·Please inspect your packages immediately. Confirm
the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in
satisfactory condition.
·Contact us immediately with any problems. We cannot take responsibility for
Shipping damages beyond 3 days of receipt.
Large Items:
·Larger items are generally shipped via common carriers. Most deliveries are curbside; you will need
to unload the product from the truck. For other options please give us a call and we can
quote special Shipping prices.
·After having been
refused several times for claims on merchandise broken by common carriers, we
ask that you follow the procedures. When delivery is made you must:
·Maintain the delivery person on
site until complete inspection of merchandise is made. (If driver tells you
that he doesn't have time to wait take down his name. Notify us
immediately, we will notify his superiors.)
·Completely open box/crate, remove
any packing material from around product.
·Inspect merchandise for any
damage to piping, legs, acrylic, etc.
·If there is any damage note what
it is on the delivery ticket.
·If the product is delivered in
unusable condition you may refuse delivery.
·Sign delivery
ticket only when inspection is complete and any damage is noted.
·Please take the time to inspect your merchandise
immediately and follow these instructions or we will not be able to file a
claim with the carrier who damaged the product. Therefore we will not be
able to reimburse you for any costs necessary to fix a damaged item.
Shipping
Delivery time on most whirlpools, airpools and baths is 3 - 5 weeks.
Delivery time on faucets and sinks that the manufacturer has in stock is 10
-14 business days. For items the manufacturer doesn't have in stock delivery
time can take 4 -8 weeks
